  • As his term ends, Cohon looks ahead

    Jared Cohon, president of the university, discussed the presidential turnover and the status of Carnegie Mellon’s international campuses during one of his final town hall meetings last Tuesday.

    The event was held in Rangos 2 and had approximately 80 attendees, a large increase from past years.

  • Lecture lays out election lessons

    Hoover Institute fellow and Stanford political science professor Morris Fiorina used statistics last Tuesday to explain the growing partisanship in American politics. Roughly 80 people attended the lecture, which was held in Margaret Morrison.

    Titled “The Road to (and from) the 2012 Elections,” the presentation made substantial use of graphs and charts.
