Men’s tennis finishes 1–1 on court
The Carnegie Mellon men’s tennis team hosted the No. 19 Washington and Lee Generals and the No. 4 Kenyon College Lords. The men’s team finished the weekend 1–1, improving its season record to 9–5.

Men’s tennis .500 over spring break
The men’s tennis team spent its spring break in sunny southern California. The Tartans took on Chapman University, Bowdoin College, Pomona-Pitzer Colleges, and University of the South, finishing with a 2–2 record.

Track, field teams compete at NYU
The Carnegie Mellon track and field team completed its indoor season with the University Athletic Association (UAA) Indoor Championships hosted by New York University. The event was held at NYU Feb. 25–26.
The men finished the conference tied for second place; the women’s team finished sixth.

Brogdon leading Carnegie Mellon club baseball team
Junior Wade Brogdon grew up playing baseball.
“Everyone plays baseball in my area as a little kid,” said Brogdon, who is originally from Georgia. “It’s the most interesting and challenging game in the world in my opinion, and that’s what keeps me playing. You can never reach perfection — it helps you deal with failure, and it really prepares you for things off the field.”
