  • Frisbee team qualifies for regionals play

    Carnegie Mellon’s ultimate Frisbee team competed in the Western Pennsylvania Conference Tournament this past weekend. Going in as the third seed, the team successfully advanced to the Ohio Valley Regionals.

    “Our goal this conference was to hold seed to continue onto regionals next weekend,” said senior Daniel Kotovsky.

  • Golf finishes season at home invitational

    The Carnegie Mellon men’s golf team finished its season by hosting the annual Carnegie Mellon Invitational last Thursday at the Longue Vue Club in Verona, Pa.   • Track and field competes at Westminster

    The Carnegie Mellon track and field team traveled to Wilmington, Pa., to compete in the Westminster Invitational. The men’s team placed fourth, while the women’s team finished sixth out of the 13 teams that competed.

    On Saturday, the Carnegie Mellon track and field team hosted its annual quad meet. Penn State Behrend, Washington & Jefferson College, and Westminster College traveled to spend the day on the Carnegie Mellon track in Gesling Stadium.

  • Ski team finishes strong season

    The Carnegie Mellon ski and snowboard team, created in 2005 and, over the years, has grown to encompass men’s and women’s teams in alpine ski racing, freestyle skiing, and snowboarding. The team competes in the United States Collegiate Ski and Snowboard Association (USCSA).
