Unruly Behavior

A resident on the Greek Quadrangle called University Police to report a group of people throwing rocks at buildings on the Quad. He identified the group as four males, who the resident believed to be students. When police arrived on the scene, the group had left.
Fire Alarm

at 9:42 a.m.
A fire alarm sounded in Scobell House and residents were evacuated. The Pittsburgh Bureau of Fire arrived on the scene and found something in the first floor lounge to have set off the alarm. They found no signs of smoke and the residents returned to their rooms.
Theft

at 10:41 p.m..
A student reported his Carnegie Mellon ID card taken from his bag in the Purnell Center. The student had been sitting in a classroom on the first floor and had left for a moment. He returned to find it missing.
Vehicle Theft

A student reported his wallet and GPS system stolen out of his car. His car had been parked for the day in the stacked part of the Morewood Gardens parking lot.

A student was sitting at the computer cluster in Baker Hall with his Carnegie Mellon ID card next to him. He went to print a document and could not find his ID card. He believed it to have been stolen by an unknown actor in the time he was working on the computer.
Vehicle Damage

at 10:18 a.m.
A student called University Police reporting a car half parked in his spot in the Morewood gardens stacked lot. The vehicle had caused slight damage to the side of his car, which was also making odd noises due to the collision. The student did not have time to make a report at the time. He took pictures however and later filed an official report.
Suspicious Person

A student called University Police reporting a suspicious person wandering around the Greek Quadrangle. He described the person as a black male, about 35 years old, with short brown hair and wearing a blue hoodie. When University Police arrived on the scene, the person had left.
