  • Golf wins first ever UAA championship

    The Carnegie Mellon men’s golf team returned from Atlanta, Ga. yesterday after claiming its first ever University Athletic Association (UAA) team championship hosted by Emory University. The Tartans finished with a two-day total of 626 (305–321), just ahead of the nationally ranked host on the par-71 Royal Lakes Golf and Country Club links.

  • Track and field hosts Tri-Meet with Seton Hill; Franciscan University

    The Carnegie Mellon men’s and women’s track and field teams hosted the Tri-Meet with Seton Hill University and Franciscan University in attendance at Gesling Stadium this past Wednesday.   • Track, field conclude indoor season at UAAs

    The men’s track team ended its season one point away from winning the University Athletic Association (UAA) conference meet. The Tartans posted a score of 105, finishing just behind Emory University. Senior Brian Harvey ran a career-best 4:11.63 in the mile, securing his place in the NCAA championships.
