Great article! I always love reading about the "well-kept secret" that is my adopted city of Pittsburgh. Check out www.pittsburghisart.org for more great inspiration.
I work for the Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council, and therefore have to point out an error here: we do not distribute "loans", but we do administer several grant programs that go out to qualified artists and arts organizations. You can get more info on these at www.pittsburghartscouncil.org.
