An unidentified person forced entry into Baker Hall and stole a group of books from the display cases in the main hallway. The books were not recovered.
Protest

Protesters were reportedly walking in front of Warner Hall toward the Carnegie Mellon campus. The protesters were speaking out against the war in Iraq and Carnegie Mellon’s military technology commissioned by the federal government. University Police reported no arrests and no damage to the building.
Suspicious Person
March 20, 2007
at 5:59 p.m.
A male was spotted preaching the Bible in an agitated manner on the walkway to Hunt Library. The actor was of medium height, wearing casual clothing, and carrying a black bookbag. He was asked to leave by university employees. University Police removed him from campus.
