Combined Chinese and Russian military budget for 2005: $134.2 billion
Combined budget of ?rogue? states (Cuba, Iran, Iraq, N. Korea, Libya, Sudan, and Syria) for 2005: $13 billion
U.S. military budget as percentage of the 2005 total budget: 51 percent
